Do it now!

Every time I want to create something new or start a project, whether it’s a new diet plan, a show, a song, or even just a post on Instagram, I tend to overthink it. It takes me forever to decide and actually get started. I always feel the need to find a reason why I want to do it, as if I have to explain or justify myself to others. And sadly, most of the time I end up doing nothing, convincing myself I’m not ready or that it’s not the right time to do it perfectly.

Today, I want to do things differently. I want to take risks, step outside my comfort zone, and stop worrying if things aren’t great at the start. Nothing really matters that much; we only get this one chance to be alive, and I don’t want to forget that we’re here to feel, to experiment, to fail, to win, to breathe, to learn, and to make the most of this physical experience called life. Nothing is too serious to keep us from trying, even if we’re terrible at the beginning.

From now on, I want to remind myself every day: there is no finish line. The process is the goal. I want to fall in love with the journey itself, with the simple desire to grow and make the most of this life.

So let’s send that message. Post that picture. Start working out. Say I love you. Begin writing and sharing. Let’s just do it… and do it now.

I would love to hear from you, how do you fell about this? How have you managed to push yourself to act when overthink held you back?
